At Goats N Grails, we’re always looking to buy and trade cards and collectible products. We do our best to purchase all sellable product, from high-end individual cards to large collections, and our goal is to make the process fair, transparent, and beneficial for collectors at every level.
What We Pay
Our offers are based on several factors, including liquidity, product type, condition, market demand, and price point.
For example, a graded card that sells multiple times per day is highly liquid and easy for us to resell. On cards like these, we generally pay approximately:
80–90% of market value in trade
70–80% of market value in cash
Less-liquid items, lower-value cards, or large collections made up of thousands of individual cards require significantly more time and effort to research, price, organize, and ultimately sell. Because of that, our percentage on those items will naturally be lower.
We also purchase sealed product, but we are selective about what sealed products we purchase based on demand, liquidity, and current market conditions.
We Buy Collections of All Sizes
Whether you have a few valuable cards or a collection you’ve been building for decades, we want to take a look. We understand that many collectors may not know exactly what they have, and we make every effort to ensure you receive a fair offer based on the current market, even if you aren’t an experienced collector or seller.
Large collections can take hours or longer to properly evaluate, especially when they contain a significant number of lower-value cards. We believe taking the time to properly evaluate a collection is important to making sure you receive a fair offer.
If you have a significant amount of product you’d like to sell or trade, we ask that you drop it off at the store or schedule an appointment so our team can dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your collection without rushing the process.
Identification & Proof of Sourcing
For the protection of our customers, our business, and the collecting community, we require:
-Valid photo ID for all purchases and trades
-Proof of sourcing when applicable
-Additional information or documentation may be requested depending on the items being presented
